The B.U.F.F 12-week  Transformation Challenge is an opportunity to put your motivation for a healthier lifestyle and better life to the test. The time is now—stop seeking inspiration through the endless amount of social media timelines. It’s time to take action. It’s time to put your health first. There's a bonus cash prize for the church with the most weight loss. So grab your brother or sister, mother or father, best friend, or significant other and embark on this journey to a healthier lifestyle together.

THE REQUIREMENTS

1. Sign Up online between September 10 - December 31

2. Must complete registration in-person to allow the B.U.F.F staff accurately take individual measurements, calculate BMI, and take “before” photos required for registration entry.

3. Submit a 2-paragraph essay testimonial at the end of the challenge.

You  have the option to choose from 2
different 12-week challenge periods (flights) that run Jan-Apr
2019. You will weigh in on the first day of the challenge
and weigh out on the last day.
